- Condition Report Completed: Carefully review this and take your own photos for your records.
- Keys Received: Ensure you’ve received all keys, remotes, or swipe cards.
- Utilities Set Up: Power, internet, and gas should be transferred to your name.
✅ Within the First Week
- Test smoke alarms and report any issues
- Notify your property manager of anything missed during inspection
- Read and understand the process for requesting maintenance
- Ensure that any automated rental payment is put in place.
