When it comes to choosing Rentall as a new property manager, whether it’s a brand new property owner or a long time investor, hearing about the personal experience of someone who has already taken that leap of faith and been hugely impressed with results is far and away the greatest advertising we could hope for.

While we strive to make your experience as a client of ours the absolute best you could receive, we understand that perhaps passing that onto people you know is not top of your list of priorities, so we’re happy to give you a little incentive:

Rewards For Owners

For every new client we on-board that has come as a direct result of you sharing your Rentall experience with them, we will gift you and your friend, one month of management services FREE of charge. If they on-board as a tenant, they’ll receive our tenant reward below instead.

Rewards For Tenants

We don’t leave you out in the cold. If you have had an enjoyable Rentall experience, pass it on to your colleagues, friends and whānau. If you refer someone and they sign up to a new Rentall property for a year (or longer), we’ll gift you a $50 grocery voucher (company of our choice). If they on-board as an owner, we’ll gift them the owner reward above instead.

There is no limit to how many referrals you can make or rewards you can collect. It’s the Rentall way of saying thank you for telling others how you feel about the work we do.
